My Dear Friend Brother Fred Palmerton,

I received 42 items of big and small Children Materials, today. The mail bag was sent on 1 June 2007. We are so happy that we receive your materials today.

We were in need of materials for our Children as well as for adults those who newly come to Church. You know that Nepal was hostile and restricted nation for many years but God shook the foundation of Nepal and it has now become a secular state. God really has open a big door in Nepal so that we go and bring many souls to the Kingdom of God. Thank you for providing materials to us.

We will pray for you and for Christian Resources International that your ministry will touch some one some where as you spread the word and help. I have attached some photos of the materials I took here upon arrivals and my School Photo of April and my family photo, please remember us in your prayers. Your investment won't go in vain surely God shall reward you for this.

This note comes from a man who recently did some translations for us (Luis is a linguist and translates several languages) and we sent him a box of books. His Pastor who speaks only Spanish, requested a box through Bare your Bookshelf, but we filled it here because of our Spanish inventory.

Dear CRI,

The goods you sent to us came very soon. They arrived into the Post Office on August 23rd. and I picked them up today, August 24th. Pastor Alvaro was very glad to hear his books had arrived and we will bring them to him next Sunday.

Thank you so very much. The quality of these books is outstanding, not only on account of content but of binding, paper, and font size. Thank you specially for the beautiful Hebrew-English New Testament. I love it. Hebrew touches a cord in my heart, I that can be said, since longer than I can remember.

Thank you too for the book on Creation. Thanks to CRI Books I have come to a better understanding of the importance the doctrine of creation has for the doctrine of sin and redemption by our Lord. In a nutshell, if the whole story of creation and the fall as told in Genesis were not true, then the whole life/ministry/death/resurrection of Christ would be meaningless, since He came to look for and save what was lost. If no creation/fall ever existed, then sin is an invention of some over the past centuries, and Christ died in vain, since he died for something that did not exist in fact.

Please tell CRI Books my learning and ministry have been expanded and enriched through your service and your work for the Lord is not in vain.

Two of our ladies using the church library, which is an unusual, but valued church resource here in New Zealand. Most of the library books we picked up at CRI during various visits there. We store the library in the bins for easy setup and take down at our rented facilities.

This testimony is from from a man who is studying in India. He will be going back to his home in Myanmar after graduation in a few months (Myanmar is not particularly open to Christianity, so he is headed home to a MINE FIELD). Some friends of his arranged to have some boxes of material sent to him and he was so excited.

It is wonderful to see the boxes which you have sent to me. Today I happen to come the church once again from my ministry. And the boxes have been reached here last week. I just want to express my heartfelt thanks to you. Thank you so much for what you have contributed to our ministry. Really my thanks will be more than words can express. I pray that may the Lord bring his blessing upon you service and life as you are in his wonderful ministry.

One of the boxes is opened on the way. I will check it later and let you know if it is there some missing. Hope that no lost and missing will be there. I want to let you know CRI books have been a blessing to me. Since you sent the first I have been reading some (still not all, as they are so many!) and I have shared my knowledge with my Sunday School class. A lady went so far to say I am like an encyclopedia. After taking away the hype (she DID exagerate) I am so thankful to see I have been able to learn and share what I have acquired from your books. So, please tell CRI Books your ministry has been very effective, encouraging, and valuable to me and my Sunday School class. Titles such as "It couldn't just happen" and "The Collapse of Evolution" have been great here.

Also, I have had a chance to share the Gospel for years with my fellow workers in the special bus taking us back and forth from INCAE, the business school I sell translations to. Since they are not Christians, discussions focus on topics such as history and the like, and there your books have proven invaluable. I can boast I could make good points one day from what I had learned from one of these one or two days before. With this group, church history books have been most useful.

Praise the Lord!

I'm very excited this morning after i recieved the
literature you sent to me...God bless you so much.
When i went to the post office to pick them up, i was
more than excited and immediatelly i got to my house i
took sometime to thank God and bless Him for the
wonderful work he has done to me through you( I've
been praying for such).

I have also taken sometime to pray for you, the CRC
and the volunteers.

Now i believe these materials wii help me equip people
more and also they will be of great help in our
library. You had mentioned that you wish to know
whether i was blessed by them...please know that i'm
very greatful to for this literture and i want to say
that my life will never be the same again..

Thanks for your two letters which have moved my heart to serve God more in

this life & by sending me the above christian literature mainly for children

which I received from our post office on 21st August,2006 in good order &

condition i.e. 2 bIbles,2 video tapes, 6 cassettes and misc. books for

teaching children plus for spiritual growth.Once again thanks for sending me

the above as I will be faithful to utilise the same as God leads me.I will

first listen to the cassettes & watch the video tapes, read some of the

books then hand them over to the Sunday school Teacher in-charge in our

local church, then I will always give you the feed back what the Lord will

be doing for His own glory at this end by using the said teachings.Although

it has taken time, I thank God because since it is my desire to spread the

You sent to us an 11-pound box of books, which arrived here in excellent shape. I presented the books in the Chapel on 20th June 2006 at 10 am. The staff and students were very much pleased to learn that some people out there are thinking of them and are doing something so good about our desperate lack of books and other learning resourses. The student-librarian has processed them into the small library so student have began making good use of them as they fulfill their assignments for classes and for their preaching engagements.

Our local venacular is DHO-LUO, which is the language of the LUO people. In Dho-Luo, the word for THANK YOU is EROKAMANO. All the students and staff have asked me to tell you EROKAMANO many times.

A Great Crate Update From Uganda!

Dear Mr. Palmerton,

I came back form Africa. I have news that your container has arrived at Mobasa now. We are in the process of clearing that container now. We feel that this project has been done by God's hand.

During my staying in Uganda, I received a call from Korea. A carpenter there wanted to come to Uganda to do something for our ministry. I felt that God wanted to send him to make bookshelves and tables for our new library.

Also, one lady called from Los Angeles. She wanted to do something for the library. I asked her to donate to make shelves. She sent $2,000!

Now the carpenter is in Uganda. Missionary Lee sent me an e-mail this morning. She said that he has already made 30 shelves. He is continuing to make shelves and tables.

Surely, through this ministry God will do great work for equiping God's people in Uganda.

Also I want to remind you that we have another bible school in Rwanda. That school also needs a library. Would you please pray about this and participate with us if possible?

A Letter from Reaching Indians Ministries International (RIMI)

Greetings. One of the highlights of 2003 was God answering our prayers for the Mission India Theological Seminary library building and the books. God used Christian Resources International to play a significant and a strategic role to provide books for our library to train thousands of young men and women for the land of India and beyond. You have made a difference. Thank you for your vital ministry to help the nationals around the world.

A letter received from Bob and Marilyn Wilber of Ft. Myers, Florida:

Dear CRI,

Greetings in the name of Christ! Enclosed you will find a general letter and photos of our recent ministry trip to Micronesia.

Thank you so much for the materials which you gave to assist in this ministry. They were shared with S.S. teachers & churches on the isalands of Chuuk and Saipan!

On Saipan, Marilyn led a 2-day S.S. teachers workshop. At the conclusion of that Marilyn apologized that she had no certificate to give them. But, she did give each of the teachers a book provided by CRI. One lady said, "Oh, I don't need the certificate. This is much more valuable!"

Another lady said "We've been putting our attention on the adults but now we see the importance of reaching our children." The CRI materials will help them do this more effectively.

Keep up the good work and thanks again for your assistance to us and many other Christian ministries. On many occasions in the past, CRI has provided valuable materials for both children and adult ministries.

Thank you for the materials. On our last trip we were blessed with some choir robes from CRI. We were at that time the only choir in the country with robes. Youve never heard such singing! They just loved the robes and thought they looked just like the American choirs.

I must thank-you also for the Sunday school flannel graph. Not all the churches have seen such nice materials. In our annual speech contest we used this material. Students were able to use this material in over eight churches. Weve seen many come to know the Lord.

The container for C.V. Vadavana was sent out yesterday. I have attached a picture of some of the staff praying for the materials.

Also, something that might be of interest to you: C.V. sent me a copy of a book that has been written about his life. One fact I found interesting (even humbling ) is this one written in the forward by Pastor David Mills of California:

“I have heard C.V. continuously say,
